Acceptance
By using Time Keep (timekeep.cc), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Time Keep provides time management tools including world clocks, timers, alarms, countdowns, stopwatches, sleep planners, and related features. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Accounts
You can use Time Keep without an account. Creating an account enables cloud sync and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Pro Subscriptions
Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly ($7/month) or annually ($60/year). You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@timekeep.cc.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Time Keep to engage in illegal activity, abuse the service infrastructure, or attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Time Keep is not liable for missed alarms, lost timer data, or any damages arising from use of the service. Do not rely on Time Keep as your sole alarm for critical events.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
