What We Collect

Account information: When you sign in, we store your email address and authentication data through Clerk, our authentication provider.

Usage data: Your timers, alarms, countdowns, city lists, and settings are stored in our database (Supabase) to sync across your sessions and devices.

Payment information: If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe provides us with your subscription status, customer ID, and billing email.

Email addresses: We collect email addresses when you subscribe to notifications on shared timers or express interest in the Team tier.

Calendar data: If you connect Google Calendar, Time Keep reads your calendar list and the events in the days you are viewing, to show them on your day page and in your morning email. Events are fetched when you look at them and are not copied into our database. We store which calendars you picked, the done marks you make here, and a log of any event you asked us to move, so it can be undone. We change an event on your calendar only when you confirm a move. Google access tokens are held by Clerk, our authentication provider. Disconnecting removes the connection, and you can revoke access at any time in your Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar links (.ics) you add are fetched from the address you give and are not stored beyond a short cache.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Time Keep service: syncing your settings, timers, and tasks across sessions. We send transactional emails for account events (welcome, subscription changes) and timer notifications you opt into.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties beyond our service providers (Clerk, Supabase, Stripe, Resend).

Cookies and Local Storage

We use localStorage to save your preferences and timer state on your device. Clerk uses cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems. Unlogged users' data exists only in their browser's localStorage.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support@timekeep.cc.
