What We Collect

Account information: When you sign in, we store your email address and authentication data through Clerk, our authentication provider.

Usage data: Your timers, alarms, countdowns, city lists, and settings are stored in our database (Supabase) to sync across your sessions and devices.

Payment information: If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe provides us with your subscription status, customer ID, and billing email.

Email addresses: We collect email addresses when you subscribe to notifications on shared timers or express interest in the Team tier.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Time Keep service: syncing your settings, timers, and tasks across sessions. We send transactional emails for account events (welcome, subscription changes) and timer notifications you opt into.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties beyond our service providers (Clerk, Supabase, Stripe, Resend).

Cookies and Local Storage

We use localStorage to save your preferences and timer state on your device. Clerk uses cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems. Unlogged users' data exists only in their browser's localStorage.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support@timekeep.cc.
