Task Planner
A simple task list to plan your day. Add what you need to do, check things off as you go, and categorize by personal or work. This standalone version does not save between sessions. For persistent tasks that sync across devices, use the full app.
Why planning your day works
Writing down what you intend to do transforms vague intentions into commitments. Research on implementation intentions shows that people who write down specific tasks are significantly more likely to follow through compared to those who just think about what they want to accomplish.
Checking tasks off provides a small sense of completion that compounds throughout the day. The visual progress of moving items from active to done keeps momentum going and helps you end the day with a clear sense of what you accomplished.
FAQ
Are my tasks saved?
Not on this page. It is a scratch list that clears when you reload. To keep tasks between sessions, sign in and use the task list in the main app.
Can I separate work and personal tasks?
Yes. Each task is tagged personal or work when you add it, so you can see at a glance which part of your day it belongs to.
How many tasks should I plan for a day?
Three to five meaningful tasks is a realistic target. Long lists spread attention thin and end most days with a sense of falling behind. Add small items freely, but pick the few that matter first.
Can I sync tasks across devices?
With a free account, tasks are backed up to your account and restored when you sign in elsewhere. A Pro plan keeps them in sync live across every device you are signed in on.
