Questions

What is a day-timer page?

A paper planner layout with two pages per day. One page holds the list of things to do. The facing page is the day broken into hours, where appointments and blocks of work go. You move items from the list onto the hours as you decide when to do them, and anything left over gets copied to tomorrow.

How does the Time Keep day page work?

Add tasks to the list on the left. Drag one onto an hour on the right to give it a time, and drag its bottom edge to change how long it takes. Your alarms, timers, sleep schedule, sunrise and sunset already show on the hours. When a day ends, anything unfinished carries to the next day on its own and shows how long it has been sliding.

Can I plan the week, month and year too?

Yes, with Pro. Each has its own list, like the front pages of a paper binder, and a view of its days. Tasks on the week list show up as suggestions on each day until you schedule them.

Does it handle time zones?

Yes. Your day is drawn in your own time zone, and with Pro you can show up to two other cities beside it, so a 3pm slot also reads as 9pm in London. A task planned at 9am stays at 9am across a daylight saving change.

Does it work with my calendar?

Yes, with Pro. Connect Google Calendar and your appointments show on the hours and in the list with a checkbox, so you can cross them off like anything else. Any other calendar that publishes an .ics link can be added read only. If an appointment did not happen, you can move it forward on your calendar from the page. That is the one thing the page changes on your calendar, and it shows you exactly what will change and asks you to confirm first. Every move is logged and can be undone.

Can I print it?

Yes. Print from the day page and you get the list and the hours side by side on one sheet, the way the paper version looks.

Is it free?

The day page, the list, the hours, carry over and printing are free and need no account. Pro adds the week, month, year and someday lists, extra cities, repeating tasks, the evening wrap up, your calendar on the page, live sync across devices, and a morning email of your day.
