Daily Review
A guided reflection practice for the end of your day. Choose a duration and move through five phases: settle, gratitude, review, respond, and look ahead. Each phase gets equal time, and the transitions happen automatically so you can stay focused.

Phases
Settle Find a quiet space. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and let the day's noise settle.
Gratitude Name three things from today you are genuinely grateful for. Be specific: a conversation, a meal, a moment of quiet.
Review Walk through the day like a film. Where did you feel most alive? Where did you feel drained or off? Just notice, without judgment.
Respond Pick the strongest feeling from your review. What is it telling you? What would you do differently, or do again?
Look Ahead Consider tomorrow. What is one concrete thing you can do to live more intentionally? Set that intention clearly.
Why daily reflection works
Reflection turns experience into insight. Without it, the same lessons repeat because they never fully register. A brief daily review helps you notice patterns, acknowledge progress, and course-correct before small issues become big ones.
The structured phases guide your thinking through a natural arc: from calming down, to appreciating what went well, to honestly assessing the day, to setting an intention for tomorrow. Even one minute is enough to build the habit.
